Spiral Bracelet Weaving Tutorial

Today we will learn to create a spiral bracelet featuring two alternating colors. Let’s follow the steps below to understand the process:

1. Take approximately 70cm of green 72 jade thread, fold it in half, and secure it to the baseboard with pins. Use additional pins in the middle to prevent movement.

2. Prepare 160cm each of red and white 72 jade thread. Tie slip knots on the fixed green thread, leaving a 3cm loop for the clasp.

3. Begin with the red thread to make square knots, positioning the white thread underneath on the left and above on the right relative to the red thread.

4. Tighten the red thread as shown in the diagram.

5. Proceed with the white thread to create square knots and tighten them.

6. Similar to step 3, continue with the red thread for square knots, ensuring the threading direction matches the first red knot.

7. Tighten the red thread.

8. Continue with the white thread for square knots, maintaining the same threading direction as the first white knot.

9. Tighten the white thread.

10. Repeat the above steps consistently. For an adult-sized bracelet, weave until it reaches approximately 15cm in length.

11. Trim the excess red and white threads, leaving small ends, and seal them with a lighter.

12. Thread both green threads through a bead, trim any excess, and seal with a lighter.

13. Completion. As shown in the image, the bracelet achieves an elegant appearance.
