Bracelet Weaving Tutorial with 0.3mm Metal Wire

Today’s tutorials use the same weaving method, compiled together for easy comparison and learning.

Materials:


1. 0.3mm diameter round wire, soft type


2. 0.6mm diameter round wire, hard type


3. Lobster clasp components (optional)



Steps:


1. Take a 20cm thin wire and wrap it five times around your finger.


2. Flatten the coils and bind one end together.


3. Separate the five loops.


4. Use a screwdriver or rod approximately 4mm in diameter.


5. Attach the five loops to the tool.


6. Begin weaving the thin wire as shown below; approximately 2 meters required for a bracelet.


7. After completing the first round, pass the wire end under the crossover point of the previous round.


8. Continue weaving cyclically until reaching 6-7cm in length.


9. Thread two short wires through the end half-loop to facilitate stretching.


10. Pull both ends while shaping to form a spindle-shaped flexible chain.


11. Attach clasps or lobster clasps to both ends.
